Substance Use Treatment

SUBOXONE PROGRAM

Office-Based Medication Assisted Treatment

Participants will:

Receive an intake evaluation
Have a medication appointment
Participate in required weekly group therapy
Reduced group requirements with compliance and abstinence from other drugs of use
Participate in required monthly individual therapy sessions
Receive recovery coach services: including, community resources, Help with finding meetings, Housing Resources, Transportation, etc.
Participate in recovery meeting such as NA, AA, CR, Smart Recovery, etc.
Participate in Random Drug screening.

The substance use program is managed by Kerry Tucker PMHNP-BC and OBMAT Administrator Cara Cromwell.
