Shenandoah Community Health is pleased to offer the InteliChart Patient Portal. This secure service allows patients online access to their provider's office. Through Intelichart Patient Portal, participating patients can access lab results, request medication refills, request appointments, see upcoming appointments, view or share personal health records with other providers, and even correspond directly with the healthcare team.
