Shenandoah Community Health is pleased to welcome Abdullah A. Hafid, MD, MPH, Preventive Medicine Physician, to our team. He will join the clinical staff of SCH Primary Care on 99 Tavern Road in Martinsburg.
Dr. Hafid holds a 2018 Doctor of Medicine from the University of Science, Arts and Technology and is certified by American Board of Preventative Medicine.
Dr. Hafid, who is fluent in both English and Arabic, brings with him extensive leadership, volunteer and research experience while also holding a master’s degree in public health and a doctorate in naturopathic medicine. He has 18 noted healthcare publications on a variety of topics and is the recipient of the USAT Osler Award for Overall Clinical Medicine and the Bruce Hinckley Robinson Prize in Pathophysiology. Dr. Hafid also holds over 25 certifications in numerous areas of public health.
