SCH Welcomes New Provider

Shenandoah Community Health is pleased to welcome Sarah Pollack, DNP, FNP-BC, Family Nurse Practitioner, to our team. She will join the clinical staff of SCH Primary Care on 99 Tavern Road in Martinsburg.

Ms. Pollack holds a Doctorate of Nursing from Shepherd University and is certified with the American Nurses Credentialing Center. She brings over eleven years of clinical experience, including time in both the inpatient and outpatient setting, while providing comprehensive care and support to those with multiple chronic conditions.
