Shenandoah Community Health (SCH) recognizes Charles F. Printz, Jr. “Chazz” for his 18 years of service as a member of the Board of Directors, having served as Chair of the Board since 2019. Mr. Printz’s role on the Executive Committee saw the expansion of the first SCH location on Route 45 to the current 60 thousand square foot facility on Tavern Road in Martinsburg. During his tenure on the Board, he was also instrumental in efforts to consolidate women’s health, midwifery and behavioral health services into one location as well as the expansion of services to include an oral health center—Healthy Smiles, and location in Winchester, Virginia. Most recently, Mr. Printz provided exceptional guidance in helping to guide SCH through a national public health emergency.
Mr. Printz is being succeeded by Leons Kabongo, Incoming Chair, who will lead the eleven person Board whose role is to provide oversight and support to the organization’s mission and purpose.
