Shenandoah Community Health is pleased to welcome Patricia Eubanks, PMHNP, Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to their team. She will join the clinical staff of SCH Behavioral Health on 99 Tavern Road in Martinsburg.
Ms. Eubanks received her Master of Science in Nursing from Shenandoah University and is certified with American Nurses Credentialing Center. Additionally, she is a member of the American Psychiatric Nurses Association and has completed continuing education in the areas of trauma for mental health, diabetes, and crisis prevention intervention. Ms. Eubanks is a strong patient advocate who is skilled in diagnosing mental illnesses and interpreting data to facilitate treatment planning.
